Our Occupational Health Clinic Team specializes in diagnosing and treating work related injuries with high quality, prompt and affordable care. Our excellent physicians and staff have an extensive knowledge of the complex landscape of workers’ compensation in California, critical to successful injury management. We utilize a return to work program that recognizes the needs of both the employer and injured worker. We understand the employers’ need to minimize the disruption and expense which workplace injuries may cause. We will work with you to develop an alternative-duty program to ensure your employees can continue working during recovery. Our team of professionals will visit your company for worksite evaluations and safety recommendations before an injury occurs, promoting worksite safety. Having St Rose Hospital Emergency Room as back up for injuries that occur after our clinic hours, provides an additional means to care for your employees.

At CCCMA Occupational Clinic, we serve the needs of our corporate client community in every aspect of occupational medicine. Our Medical Director, Dr. Micheal Heinrich, has over 20 years of experience in Occupational Medicine in addition to being board certified in Internal Medicine. Our nursing staff and MAs are certified in breath alcohol testing, drug screening, pulmonary function testing and audiometry. We provide workers’ compensation services, physical evaluations, and drug screening for many major companies in Hayward, San Leandro, San Lorenzo, Oakland, Union City, Fremont and throughout the East Bay Area. We also participate in company health fairs and offer on-site services including physical exams, cholesterol screening, blood pressure/vision screening, body fat testing, flu shots, blood and urine collections at the workplace.

Podiatry is a branch of medicine devoted to the study, diagnosis, and medical and surgical treatment of disorders of the foot, ankle, and lower extremity. The term podiatry came into use in the early 20th century in the United States and is now used worldwide.

According to the American Association of Colleges of Podiatric Medicine, a Doctor of Podiatric Medicine (DPM) is a medical specialist who diagnoses and treats conditions affecting the foot, ankle, and structures of the leg.

US trained podiatrists rotate through major areas of medicine during residency, including emergency medicine, orthopedic surgery, general surgery, anesthesia, radiology, pathology, infectious disease, endocrinology, sports medicine, physical therapy, biomechanics, geriatrics, internal medicine,[6] critical care, cardiology, vascular surgery, psychiatric and behavioral health, neurology, pediatrics, dermatology, pain management, wound care, and primary care. Knowledge of these specialities helps manage problems of lower extremity in the best possible way.

Now, CCCMA has excellent specialist providing this care to their patients.

Oncology is a branch of medicine that deals with the prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of cancer. A medical professional who practices oncology is an oncologist. The name’s etymological origin is the Greek word ὄγκος (óngkos), meaning 1. “burden, volume, mass” and 2. “barb”, and the Greek word λόγος (logos), meaning “study”.

Cancer survival has improved due to three main components: improved prevention efforts to reduce exposure to risk factors (e.g., tobacco smoking and alcohol consumption), improved screening of several cancers (allowing for earlier diagnosis), and improvements in treatment.

Cancers are often managed through discussion on multi-disciplinary cancer conferences where medical oncologists, surgical oncologists, radiation oncologists, pathologists, radiologists, and organ specific oncologists meet to find the best possible management for an individual patient considering the physical, social, psychological and emotional status of the patient, It is very important for oncologists to keep updated with respect to the latest advancements in oncology, as changes in management of cancer are quite common.

Now, CCCMA provides excellent Oncologist for care of their patients.
